G type list screw pump

Single screw pump,also called progressive cavity pump,is a new-style positive displacement rotary pump,working by meshing of screws.It’s main components are eccentric screw(rotor)and stationary liner(stator).

With special geometric figure. the two components divide the pump’s chamber into separate seal cavities, which makes the medium fluid flow axially and evenly. Low internal flow velocity, unchangeable volume and stable pressure will not cause vortex or stir. One stage’s delivery pressure is 0.6MPa,i.e. the head of 60 meters. The pump is suitable to transfer the liquid with temperature below 80 Degrees Celsius (up to 150 Degrees Celsius upon special requirement).

Its stator is made of multiple flexible materials, therefore the pump is able to transfer high-viscosity fluids and fluids containing hard suspended particles or fibers. Its capacity is in direct ration with rotating speed.

It can be transmitted directly through coupling, or by regulating motor, V-belt or gear box.

The pump with few parts, compact. small and easy-maintenance.Rotor and stator are wearing pats. which are of simple structure and are easy to be assembled and disassembled.
